Former De La Salle High School standout Cera Blanchard helped the Southeastern Louisiana Lady Lions to a 4-0 NCAA Division I softball victory over the Texas State Bobcats at 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27.

The matchup was held at Bobcat Softball Stadium and marked the teams’ first meeting of the season.

Pitching for Southeastern Louisiana, Blanchard threw seven innings, issuing one walk and striking out two batters.

The Lady Lions are set to play their next game against Texas State at Bobcat Softball Stadium on Friday, Feb. 27, at 5:30 p.m.
