On November 26, Carter expressed pride in initiating the 51st Annual Bayou Classic. Later that day, Carter shared details of a meeting with military personnel from the U.S. Army Reserve’s 377th Theater Sustainment Command. He mentioned that this command is one of the largest in the nation and is headquartered at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in New Orleans. He noted his pleasure in meeting Major General Justin Swanson and Major Bobbie Ragsdale, stating “It was a pleasure meeting with Major General Justin Swanson and Major Bobbie Ragsdale of the @USArmyReserve 377th Theater Sustainment Command.”
