CPC Now Accepting Land Use Applications for STRs: Special Exceptions for Non-Commercial STRs, Conditional Use Applications, and Interim Zoning District Appeals

The District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana has issued its ruling on the ongoing legal challenge to short-term rental ordinances in New Orleans. The City’s ordinances have largely been upheld and the Temporary Restraining Order/injunction has been lifted. City Planning Commission will now accept CONDITIONAL USE, SPECIAL EXCEPTION and IZD APPEAL applications for STRs and B&Bs.
