Holden Kareokowsky, a former standout at De La Salle High School and currently playing for the Southeastern Louisiana Lions, will participate in the NCAA Division I FCS Football Championship.

The team enters the tournament as the No. 16 seed and will face the Illinois State Redbirds, who hold the same seed.

The opening game is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 29, at 12 p.m.
