Jirrea Johnson Jr., a former standout at Warren Easton High School and current player for the Southeastern Louisiana Lions, is set to compete in the NCAA Division I FCS Football Championship.

The team starts the tournament as the No. 16 seed and will face the Illinois State Redbirds, who hold the same seed.

The opening game is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 29, at 12 p.m.
