New Orleans Police seek person of interest in March 15 shooting investigation

The New Orleans Police Department announced on Apr. 7 that it is seeking the public’s help to locate Diobolique Lumar, a person of interest in an ongoing investigation into an aggravated battery by shooting. The incident took place on March 15 at the intersection of South Robertson and Toledano Streets.

Police said Lumar, a Black male born on October 14, 1998, is believed to have information important to the case. Authorities emphasized that “Diobolique Lumar is NOT wanted for this crime and is sought only because of the information he is believed to possess.”

Investigators are urging anyone with additional information related to this investigation to contact NOPD Sixth District detectives at 504-658-6060.
