New Orleans Police seek public help to identify vehicle burglary suspect

The New Orleans Police Department asked for the public’s help on April 7 in identifying and locating a suspect wanted in connection with a vehicle burglary.

Police said the incident occurred during the early morning hours of March 29, when a victim’s vehicle was burglarized while parked in the 3400 block of Garden Oaks Drive. Authorities reported that around 6:15 a.m. that same day, the pictured suspect used the victim’s debit card to make fraudulent transactions at a business located in the 3600 block of General MacArthur Boulevard.

The department reminded residents that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Anyone with information that could assist detectives is encouraged to contact NOPD Fourth District detectives at 504-658-6040.
