Solla was Tulane’s highest finisher, posting a total pin count of 1,143 with individual game scores ranging from 162 to 216. Holcomb followed closely behind with a score of 1,141. Rubi was also recognized earlier in the day as a member of the Conference USA All-Academic Team.
The team portion of the sectional qualifier is scheduled to begin on Saturday and will continue over two days. Eighteen teams are set to compete for four spots at the USBC Intercollegiate Team Championship by playing a total of 64 Baker games across both days.
