The NOPD is asking for help in identifying and locating a subject wanted in connection with a theft in the Third District.
On June 25, 2023 at about 3:30 a.m., the above pictured subject was seen on surveillance video stealing a large toolbox from the bed of the victim's pickup truck in the 1400 block of Allen Toussaint Avenue.
