There were 183 Asian students enrolled in St. Bernard Parish School District schools in the 2021-22 school year, 4.2% less than the previous year, according to the Louisiana Department of Education.

Data showed that St. Bernard Parish School District welcomed 7,891 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, Asian students comprised 2.3% of the student body to be the third least represented ethnicity in the district.

St. Bernard Parish School District roughly covers schools within St. Bernard Parish and has a main office in Chalmette.

Among the 13 schools in St. Bernard Parish School District, Chalmette High School recorded the highest enrollment of Asian students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 74 students.

The majority of Louisiana students were identified as white and Black, representing 48% and 37% of the state student body respectively during the 2021–22 academic year. Hispanic students made up 8.6% of the student body, and other ethnic minorities made up 5.6%.
