Sunday, April 6: St. Marys Dominican High School standout Ella Bertucci’s college team wins to Evansville Purple Aces

On Sunday, April 6, former St. Marys Dominican High School standout Ella Bertucci’s current college team, the Belmont Bruins, won 10-8 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Evansville Purple Aces.

The game took place at Tri-State Orthopaedics Field at James & Dorothy Cooper Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Purple Aces this season.

The Bruins’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 5 p.m. at Flames Field against UIC Flames.
