This National #ParkAndRecreation Month, we’re committed to ensuring our parks are accessible and enjoyable for everyone.”
Later that day at 17:03 UTC, Carter addressed issues affecting Black farmers. He wrote, “I’ve been vocal about the need for justice for Black farmers and the systemic hardships they face. Now, Trump is cutting @USDA support for Black farmers, claiming the history of discrimination has been ‘sufficiently’ addressed.
It hasn’t. The fight for equity in agriculture is”. He also included a follow-up tweet with a link: “https://t.co/34JIQIrtP3”.
