Tulane University announced on May 1 that the second game of its baseball series against Charlotte will have a revised start time due to the threat of a storm system in the area.
The schedule change affects the matchup originally set for Saturday, with first pitch now planned for 4 p.m. Central Time at Hayes Stadium instead of the previously scheduled 3 p.m. The adjustment aims to accommodate potential inclement weather and ensure player safety.
Fans can watch the Green Wave and Charlotte 49ers play live on ESPN+. The radio broadcast, featuring Corey Gloor, will be available on both Tulane Sports Network from Learfield at 88.3 WRBH and through the Varsity Network app. Pregame coverage is set to begin fifteen minutes before each game’s first pitch.
Supporters are encouraged to stay updated by downloading Tulane Athletics’ official mobile app or following Tulane baseball’s social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Tickets remain available for upcoming games through various channels including phone, online platforms, or in person at the James W. Wilson Jr. Center ticket office.
Looking ahead, Tulane Athletics highlights opportunities for fans to contribute directly to student-athlete resources through donations to the Green Wave Club.
