Solomon Washington, the standout former G.W. Carver High School player, took the floor Wednesday, Feb. 25, as the Maryland Terrapins were defeated 74-61 by the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

The senior forward, who stands 6′7″, finished with 13 points, seven rebounds and two assists across 33 minutes of play.

Washington and Maryland are set to host the Rutgers Scarlet Knights on Sunday, March 1 at 12 p.m.
