A public hearing will be held today (February 21, 2024) at 2:00 p.m. to provide an update on the City’s implementation of the Consent Decree.
The hearing will take place in Judge Susie Morgan's Courtroom (Room C-316) on the Third Floor of the United States Courthouse, located at 500 Poydras Street, New Orleans, LA 70113.
Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend this informative session.

Additionally, future public hearings are scheduled as follows:
March 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
April 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
May 16, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
