The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating a person of interest in the investigation of a missing person case reported on December 14, 2023, in the Seventh District.
Through the course of their investigation into this incident, NOPD Seventh District detectives have developed Joseph McKinnis (pictured at right, black male, DOB: 04-05-1999, aka “Greedy”) as a person of interest. McKinnis is not currently wanted on criminal charges in this investigation. However, detectives feel he may have knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to interview him.
