The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate a white truck that has been used in several recent business burglaries as well as at least three suspects.
On Sunday December 24, 2023, at about 6:33 a.m., a white truck without any marking pulled into the parking lot of a local business in the 1600 block of Allen Toussaint Boulevard.
Two suspects proceeded to break into the business and steal money, cash register drawers and a cash drawer from the ATM.
This same truck was used in a business burglary in the 3800 block of Gentilly Boulevard on December 21, 2023.
In that incident, the perpetrators stole an ATM, cell phones and other items after breaking a large window to the access the business.
