On Saturday, January 13, former Farmville Central High School standout, Jah Short’s current college team, the New Orleans Privateers, won 83-80 in their NCAA D1 game against the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders.

The game took place in New Orleans, Louisiana. This was the first matchup against the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders this season.
